警戒带使用标准要求

1、检修、起重、断路、施工等易造成非作业人员通行伤害的作业，必须进行作业区域警戒围栏。

2、警示带布设必须科学合理，既要能起到非作业人员免受伤害，又要便于非作业人员顺利通行。

3、当警示带布设不能起到非作业人员免受伤害通行时，应增加硬隔离（脚手架、棚架、网等）拦挡措施，辅助警示拦挡作用。

（3）警示带布设，可借助作业危险区域周边建筑物作锚固点。当超出危险区域过远时，应使用警示带隔离桩架设。

5、警示带使用要求

（1）警示带一但架设形成闭环，任何人都不得从围栏警戒带上下穿越。

（2）非该区域作业人员，须从警示围栏外侧绕行通过。

(2) Non operators in this area must detour through the outside of the warning fence.

（3）本区域作业人员，须从警示围栏预留出入口进出，禁止随意从围栏警示带上下穿越。

(3) Operators in this area must enter and exit through the reserved entrance and exit of the warning fence, and are prohibited from crossing the fence warning tape up and down at will.

（4）实施警示带拦挡措施，应向相邻作业区域作业人员或其他通行人员告知起止时间。

（5）作业结束，检查确认现场无伤害隐患。
